1. Overview

AMANTECH Corporation ("AMANTECH," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our 10DLC Registration Application (the "App") — the platform that assists businesses in registering their brands and messaging campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and obtaining 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) approval from mobile carriers.

Plain-language summary: The 10DLC Registration App collects business and contact information solely to facilitate your SMS campaign registration with carriers and TCR. We do not sell your data, and we share it only as required by the registration process.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Scope & Application

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The AMANTECH 10DLC Registration web and/or mobile application.
  • All users who create accounts, submit registration data, or interact with the App on behalf of their organization.
  • Information collected through the App's forms, APIs, and any related support channels.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from the App. Carrier portals, TCR's own platform, and aggregator dashboards are governed by their respective privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Business & Brand Registration Data

  • Legal business name and DBA (if applicable)
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) / Tax ID
  • Business address, city, state, ZIP, and country
  • Business type, industry vertical, and entity type (LLC, Corp, etc.)
  • Business website URL
  • Stock symbol and exchange (for publicly traded entities)

3.2 Contact & Account Information

  • Name, job title, and role of the authorized representative
  • Business email address and phone number
  • Account login credentials (username / hashed password)

3.3 Campaign & Messaging Data

  • Campaign use case (e.g., Marketing, 2FA, Customer Care, Account Notification)
  • Sample message content submitted for review
  • Opt-in / opt-out workflow descriptions
  • Estimated monthly message volume
  • Subscriber opt-in method and confirmation language
  • 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers associated with campaigns

3.4 Technical & Usage Data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
  • Pages visited, features used, time stamps, and click paths within the App
  • API request logs and error reports
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)

3.5 Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain the contents of those communications (email, chat transcripts, support tickets) to resolve issues and improve the App.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • 10DLC Registration Processing: Submit brand and campaign registration data to TCR and carrier networks on your behalf.
  • Account Management: Create and maintain your user account, authenticate logins, and manage permissions.
  • Status & Notifications: Send registration status updates, approval notices, rejection details, and re-submission alerts via email or SMS.
  • Compliance Verification: Verify that submitted campaigns meet CTIA, carrier, and TCR guidelines before submission.
  • Customer Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, respond to inquiries, and provide onboarding assistance.
  • App Improvement: Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve App features, UI/UX, and performance.
  • Legal Obligations: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful government requests.
  • Fraud Prevention & Security: Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of the App.

Important: We do not use your business data for advertising, marketing analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to the 10DLC registration service.

5. 10DLC Registration & TCR Data Sharing

The 10DLC registration process is an industry-wide compliance framework administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and enforced by major U.S. mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). To complete your registration, we must share certain information with these entities:

  • The Campaign Registry (TCR): Brand identity data (business name, EIN, address, website), campaign use case, sample messages, and opt-in workflow details are submitted directly to TCR's API.
  • Mobile Carriers: Approved campaign data is shared with participating carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, etc.) to enable 10DLC traffic on their networks.
  • Aggregators / CSPs: If your account is provisioned through a Connectivity Service Provider or aggregator partner, relevant registration data is passed through that provider's platform.

TCR and carrier data handling is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service, which you should review independently. AMANTECH is not responsible for the data practices of TCR, carriers, or aggregators once data has been transmitted to them.

6. SMS / Text Messaging

6.1 Opt-In

The App may send SMS notifications (e.g., registration status updates, one-time passcodes) to the phone number provided during account setup. By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive these transactional text messages from AMANTECH.

6.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon receipt, we will cease sending SMS messages to that number. You can also manage notification preferences within the App's account settings.

6.3 Help

6.4 No Charge / Carrier Rates Apply

AMANTECH does not charge for SMS notifications. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

6.5 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your registration activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per registration event.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to:

  • Maintain your active account and registered campaigns.
  • Comply with TCR's record-keeping requirements (currently a minimum of 2 years after campaign deactivation).
  • Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Upon account closure or deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., accounting records, audit trails).

8. Data Security

AMANTECH implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser/app and our servers uses TLS 1.2+ encryption.
  • Encryption at Rest: Sensitive fields (EINs, credentials) are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Access Controls: Role-based access controls limit data access to authorized personnel only.
  • Authentication: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available and encouraged for all accounts.
  • Penetration Testing: Regular third-party security assessments and vulnerability scans.
  • Incident Response: A documented breach-notification process compliant with applicable state and federal law.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Third-Party Services & Cookies

9.1 Essential Cookies

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and security. These cannot be disabled while using the App.

9.2 Analytics

We may use aggregated, anonymized analytics tools to understand App usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

9.3 Third-Party Integrations

The App integrates with the following third-party services as part of the 10DLC workflow:

  • The Campaign Registry (TCR) — campaign and brand registration
  • Twilio / Bandwidth / Sinch / Vonage (or your chosen CPaaS) — number provisioning and SMS delivery
  • AWS / Google Cloud — cloud infrastructure and data storage

Each third-party service is contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to retention obligations).
  • Portability: Request export of your registration data in a machine-readable format.
  • Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to Support@amantech.us. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.

11. Children's Privacy

The 10DLC Registration App is a B2B platform intended exclusively for authorized business representatives who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at Support@amantech.us if you believe a minor has submitted information through the App.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides you additional rights:

  • Right to Know: Categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom it is shared.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected (subject to exceptions).
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: AMANTECH does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: We only use sensitive information (EIN, business credentials) as necessary for the registration service.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

13. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to such transfer. AMANTECH implements appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data) for international transfers where required.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the App's features, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Display a prominent in-App notification for at least 30 days.
  • Send an email notice to registered account holders where feasible.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
